Crepeaffaire Chiswick

Welcome to the delightful world of Crepeaffaire Chiswick, a charming eatery nestled at 382 Chiswick High Rd, Chiswick, London W4 5TF, UK. Known for its tantalizing crepes and inviting atmosphere, this café aims to create a memorable dining experience for everyone, especially for those with dietary preferences.

Although some customers have noted issues with customer service, many others have shared exceptional experiences with the food offerings. For vegan diners, Crepeaffaire shines brightly with options such as the Vegan Love You Lotus crepe and the indulgent Vegan salted caramel thick shake. These dishes are not only delicious but often come beautifully presented, making them a feast for the eyes as much as for the palate.

One enthusiastic diner, My Vegan Foodista, expressed satisfaction with their choices, highlighting the crepe's gluten-free base as a bonus. Meanwhile, Saray recounted a heartwarming birthday celebration enhanced by a special request for a birthday crepe, which added a personal touch to the meal. This ability to customize meals allows Crepeaffaire to cater to unique celebrations and individual preferences.

On the other hand, the experience may not always be seamless, as noted by Am C, who encountered delays during their visit. Yet, it’s worth considering that each visit can offer different experiences, and the potential for delightful dishes seems to outweigh the occasional service hiccup.

With an array of options, including the vegan whole shebang and the sweet whole shebang, this café caters to both sweet tooth aficionados and those looking for healthier alternatives. As Nicola Jane pointed out, the vegan galette impressed despite previous experiences with similar dishes, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality.

Weird place. I popped in for a coffee and was the only customer, alongside a Deliveroo driver who was waiting for the female server to finish making a smoothie. I was waiting a good few minutes but the server didn't acknowledge my presence whatsoever. A simple "hello" or "sorry for the wait" would have sufficed, but apparently non-existent customer service skills and treating customers like they're invisible is more fitting at Crepe Affaire. I dread to think what it's like when the place is actually busy. The cafe is also oppressively hot, for some reason. I ended up walking out and took my business to a friendly family-run cafe up the road.

Vegan ReviewA good spot for vegans, solo or in a couple /family. I was on a solo date, for a little vegan celebration :) I went for a Vegan Love You Lotus crepe and a Vegan salted caramel thick shake. The crepe by itself is Gluten-free. The quality is decent, with a nice presentation. I liked the shake more than the crepe itself but I'm quite satisfied with the overall experience. The weather was nice and warm, I sat outside and started chatting with a retired geologist and traveller! The pros You can have % off if you order online, which I tried but it wouldn't work for me. So, I ordered at the till and they applied the discount. The service is nice The Vegan menu is definitely highlighted and appealing. That's what attracted me in the first place. The menu makes it easy for vegans to make their choices. It's a no-brainer ️Outdoor space in front of the park is very relaxing despite the traffic. The cons The interior design. It's a bit of a cold and dark atmosphere. I would add some wall art, colours, plants... cosy furniture, to jazz it up, making it more welcoming, more of a place where you want to hang out and spend money. The buckwheat dough makes the sweet crepes a bit dry I guess. I'm French, traditionally with use different recipes for sweet (crepe) and savoury (galettes) online orders to eat in need of a little help.

So when I wrote my first review a couple of months back, the eatery was closed so I could not really review it, other than being disappointed that there was no information about it being closed.I was invited back and I have to say it was really nice. We had the vegan whole shebang and the sweet whole shebang. The vegan option was served on the GF galette which when I’ve had before I haven’t loved but with the mixture of ice cream and whipped cream the dryness of this did not stand out to me. I loved all of the ingredients it tasted fresh. My guest had the ‘normal’ one and really loved it, albeit it she is not the biggest Nutella fan and there is a lot of it (this is of course your taste preference). The venue is quite disabled friendly albeit the entrance is not flat and not very wide. The decor is nice. I do not love that the croissants are out in the open, I feel like anyone can touch them or lean on them. Nonetheless their food hygiene rating displayed is a .We were served fairly quickly and the staff were friendly and polite. I look forward to going again.Thank you for having me.Vegetarian options: Veg and vegan options- please view menuDietary restrictions: Vegan and GF options available.

I visited crepeaffaire yesterday, as it was a good friend of mine's birthday and seeing the delicious crepes, I thought it would be a great idea to bring him something sweet!Being a special day, I asked the person I think was the Manager if she could make me a special birthday crepe. I left the order with her and went to run at the shop next door. When I got back, I was surprised by how beautifully everything was decorated! The crepe was delicious and my friend loved the surprise! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! Totally a great experience and very good service! Thanks team crepeaffaire Chiswick!
